Traceability

At Sélectarôme, traceability is an integral part of our quality approach: each raw material is identified, checked, and tracked from receipt to the finished product.
Regulatory compliance
Regulatory compliance is a priority at Sélectarôme. We ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and those of our customers in order to guarantee the compliance and quality of our flavors. This compliance is ensured by a dedicated internal regulatory department, supported by active external monitoring. From design to market launch, the regulatory department is involved in key stages of product development and ensures compliance with current regulations.
